Wrapping Up Our Halloween Pumpkin Drive!
This October, TT12 hosted a Halloween Pumpkin Drive to bring cheer to children in hospital diabetes departments. Thanks to our amazing volunteers and donors, we collected boxes full of sugar-free treats, books, and art supplies — making Halloween brighter for kids in care!

This fall season, Teens for Type 1 & 2 (TT12) brought community and creativity together through our Halloween Pumpkin Drive!
Throughout this season, volunteers and board members helped collect donations for children in hospital diabetes departments, including sugar-free snacks, Halloween goodies, books, puzzles, and art supplies. Each item donated helped bring joy to kids who are in medical care.
Community in Action
Our volunteers truly embraced the spirit of the season. Many decorated bright orange donation boxes shaped like pumpkins and placed them around their neighborhoods, schools, and local businesses.
Every four donated items counted for 30 minutes of volunteer time, encouraging participants to get creative and stay engaged. By the end of the drive, we had collected heavy boxes of books and toys, all packed and ready to deliver smiles to hospital units supporting children with diabetes.
Thank You to Our Supporters!
A huge thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and spread the word!
Looking Ahead
