Creating a Global Community of Support for Youth with Diabetes
A TT12 Chapter is your local team of students working together to spread diabetes awareness, support kids and teens living with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, and lead meaningful projects in your school or community.
Chapters come in all sizes, from small groups of friends to large, organized clubs. You can start one at your school, in your community, or even create a city or state-wide initiative.
