2025 No-Sugar Bake Sale Recap

This October, Teens for Type 1 & 2 (TT12) hosted our second No-Sugar Bake Sale, and it was bigger, sweeter (without the sugar!), and more impactful!

Treats included brownies, cookies, banana bread, and pumpkin bread. By tasting these delicious desserts, our community supported our cause of growing TT12 so we can directly assist children living with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.

A Community Effort

This year’s bake sale was a team effort. Volunteers helped:

• Bake a variety of sugar-free treats

• Spread the word on social media and through friends and family

Families and friends all enjoyed the treats and learned more about TT12’s mission.

The Impact of Your Support

This year’s bake sale had a major impact on TT12’s growth. Thanks to your support:

• We are now able to finalize our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, a milestone that allows TT12 to operate fully as a recognized nonprofit.

• We expanded our team and volunteer network.

• We began developing volunteer programs and community initiatives that will reach more children affected by diabetes.

Every dollar raised helped TT12 take a huge step toward long-term sustainability and the ability to create an impact for pediatric diabetics.

Looking Ahead

The success of this event inspires us to keep growing, keep connecting with supporters, and keep planning programs.

We are so grateful to everyone who baked, volunteered, bought treats, or shared the event. Your support helped TT12 take steps to achieving nonprofit status and building the foundation for programs.
